Vaillant Authorised DealerProduct Supply Across TürkiyeInstallation and Commissioning Across Türkiye30 Outdoor Unit Models

VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) is a central air conditioning system in which many indoor units are connected to a single outdoor unit; the refrigerant flow rate changes with demand from moment to moment and every space is controlled independently. At EFE YAPI VAİLLANT we supply, design, install and commission Vaillant VRF central air conditioning systems across Türkiye — our team sets out from the Ümraniye showroom and completes the survey and the installation wherever the project is, large commercial projects in Anatolia included. We say this plainly at the top of the page, because with VRF the design and the quality of the installation decide on-site performance just as much as the equipment does.

The Vaillant VRF family comes in three component groups: outdoor units in 30 models (R410A refrigerant), indoor units covering a capacity range of 7,000 – 96,300 Btu/h, and system accessories made up of control and connection components chosen to suit the system design. These components are brought together for office floors, business towers, hotels, retail stores, restaurants, clinics, schools, and large multi-zone homes and villas. You can review the full list on the VRF products page, or go to the air conditioning installation page for what our installation service covers.

We do not publish prices on this site. The cost of a VRF project depends on the number and capacity of the indoor units to be connected, the outdoor unit selected, the pipe routing, the control scenario and the scope of the installation. That is why we give pricing only as an individual quotation, over WhatsApp. We should also state clearly that we do not offer standalone maintenance, servicing or breakdown repair: our business is the sale of Vaillant products, and their supply, installation and commissioning across Türkiye.

Why a Vaillant heat pump for Türkiye (nationwide)?

Supply, design and installation from one source, across Türkiye

We supply Vaillant VRF equipment to every province in Türkiye and take on the design, the installation and the commissioning with the same team. We travel to the project for the survey — large commercial projects in Anatolia included — because in a VRF system the pipe routing, the indoor unit positions and the commissioning settings determine the result directly. If you would rather run the installation with your own mechanical contractor, we supply the equipment and set out the technical requirements in writing.

Every space independent, on a single system

The basic advantage of VRF is that the many indoor units connected to one outdoor unit can run independently of each other. A meeting room can be switched off while nobody is using it, and a sun-facing façade can be cooled while another zone is held at a different setting. In office, hotel and clinic projects, where comfort has to be managed room by room rather than floor by floor, this becomes the deciding factor.

Part-load efficiency and less space for pipework

When demand falls, the system reduces the refrigerant flow rate and keeps running instead of stopping and starting again; that is why it is efficient under the part-load conditions that apply in most buildings. Because distribution runs on refrigerant pipework, it needs less duct and pipe space than conventional central systems. In refurbishment projects where the ceiling void is tight, that difference stands out.

One brand, one point of contact

We sell Vaillant only; since the outdoor units, indoor units and system accessories all belong to the same family, component compatibility is not something you have to solve separately. We also sell [fan coil units](/products?category=fancoils), [air conditioners](/products?category=air-conditioners) and [heat pump solutions](/isi-pompasi) under the same roof, so any set-up that has to be considered together with the heating side of the building can be discussed with a single point of contact.

Our Heat Pump Families

VRF Outdoor Units

Vaillant VRF outdoor units are offered in 30 models and use R410A refrigerant. The total capacity of the system, the position of the outdoor unit and access for service are the starting point of the project; the selection follows from the sum of the indoor units to be connected and the load profile of the building.

VRF Indoor Units

Indoor unit capacities range from 7,000 to 96,300 Btu/h. That range means spaces of very different sizes, from a small office room to a large retail floor, can be handled under one system, with the capacity set individually for each space.

VRF System Accessories

These consist of control and connection components and are chosen to suit the system design. Which accessories are required becomes clear during equipment selection, depending on the number of zones and the control scenario you want.

aroVAIR pro / plus Fan Coil Units

Fan coil units available in wall, cassette, ducted, console and slim console types. They are worth considering in projects where a water-based set-up is preferred, or where one section is to be handled separately; all types are on the [fan coil units](/products?category=fancoils) page.

climaVAIR Mono and Multi Split Air Conditioners

Mono split solutions with a single indoor unit and multi split solutions with a handful. For small office and shop-scale spaces with a limited number of zones, they can be a better fit than VRF; the options are listed on the [air conditioners](/products?category=air-conditioners) page.

aroTHERM Heat Pumps

An air source heat pump family that covers the heating and domestic hot water side of the building. In projects planned alongside VRF, how the heating load will be shared is discussed from the outset; the details are on the [heat pump solutions](/isi-pompasi) page.

How the Process Works

1

1. Enquiry and initial details

Over WhatsApp or by phone, you tell us the type of building, the province, the total floor area, the number of floors and zones, and the usage profile. This information tells us whether VRF is the right solution and at what scale we are talking.

2

2. Initial assessment and site survey

We start with an assessment based on architectural drawings, photographs and dimensions. We then travel to the project, wherever it is, and see the outdoor unit position and the pipe routing on site for ourselves.

3

3. Equipment selection and quotation

Indoor unit capacities are set space by space, together with the matching outdoor unit and system accessories. Your individual quotation is then sent over WhatsApp, showing product supply and the installation and commissioning scope as separate items.

4

4. Installation or shipment

We carry out the installation ourselves wherever the project is, including outdoor unit placement, indoor unit mounting and pipe routing. If you would rather use your own mechanical contractor, we ship the equipment to your address and share the technical information the team doing the work will need.

5

5. Commissioning and handover

On projects we install, we commission the system and configure the zone controls and settings around the way you use the building. At handover we go through together who will manage the system, and from which screens.

Frequently Asked Questions

VRF stands for Variable Refrigerant Flow, meaning a variable refrigerant flow rate. Many indoor units are connected to a single outdoor unit, and the system varies the refrigerant flow according to what the spaces calling for it need at that moment. Each room or zone therefore runs independently on its own setting. In heat recovery set-ups, one zone can be heated while another is cooled. We covered the whole subject in [what a VRF air conditioning system is](/blog/vrf-klima-sistemi-nedir).

VRF Central Air Conditioning: How It Works, Who It Suits, How It Is Supplied

The short answer: as a Vaillant authorised dealer, EFE YAPI VAİLLANT supplies VRF central air conditioning equipment to every province in Türkiye and carries out design, installation and commissioning nationwide. VRF stands for Variable Refrigerant Flow, meaning a variable refrigerant flow rate. Many indoor units are connected to a single outdoor unit; the system varies the refrigerant flow according to what the spaces calling for it need at that moment. Each room, floor or section therefore runs independently on its own setting. When a zone is left empty, the system reduces its capacity and keeps running instead of stopping and starting again; that is why part-load efficiency is high.

Vaillant VRF Central Air Conditioning Systems are published in three component groups. Outdoor units are listed in 30 models and use R410A refrigerant; the total capacity of the system, the space the outdoor unit will occupy and access for service are the starting point of the project. Indoor units cover a capacity range of 7,000 – 96,300 Btu/h. In practice that range means this: a small office room and a large retail floor can both be handled under the same system, each with its own capacity. System accessories consist of control and connection components and are chosen to suit the system design; which accessory is required becomes clear together with the number of zones and the control scenario you want. All three groups can be found on the VRF products page.

The typical application for VRF is a multi-zone building whose usage profile changes from one space to the next: office floors and business towers, hotels, retail stores, restaurants, clinics, schools, and large multi-zone homes and villas. What these buildings share is that different zones generate different needs at the same time. An office on the sun-facing façade may be calling for cooling while the shaded side of the same floor sits at a completely different setting; in a hotel, occupied and empty rooms do not run at the same time. In heat recovery set-ups one zone can be heated while another is cooled, so heat taken from one side of the building is put to use on the other. In a small single-space shop or a flat with a few rooms, by contrast, VRF is larger in scale than the job needs; there the climaVAIR mono and multi split options among our air conditioners are the better answer. For the basic concepts, see what a VRF air conditioning system is.

The difference between VRF and multi split comes up often, and the answer comes down to scale and control flexibility. In both, more than one indoor unit is connected to a single outdoor unit. Multi split targets small and medium-sized spaces with a limited number of indoor units; the installation and the decision-making are relatively simple. VRF brings a large number of indoor units under one system, varies the flow rate with demand from moment to moment, and is built around independent zone-by-zone control. Another practical difference is the space taken by pipework: because distribution in a VRF system runs on refrigerant pipes, it needs less duct and pipe space than conventional central systems. In refurbishment projects where the ceiling void is tight, that turns directly into a question of whether the system can be installed at all. The detail of the comparison is in VRF or multi split.

Let us make our service model clear, because with VRF it matters a great deal who runs the process. Wherever you are, we can run it from start to finish: a survey on site, setting the indoor unit capacities space by space, selecting the outdoor unit and system accessories, installation and commissioning. We set out from our showroom in Ümraniye and travel to the project's province for both the survey and the installation — large commercial projects in Anatolia included; we describe the detail of what installation covers on the air conditioning installation page. If you would rather run the installation with your own mechanical contractor, the process is this: you send us the details of the building and the architectural drawings, we select the equipment together, and we supply the product and ship it to your address, setting out in writing the technical requirements for the pipe routing, the indoor unit positions and the commissioning settings — the things that determine the result in a VRF system.

Let us be clear about price: there are no figures on this page, and that is deliberate. The cost of a VRF project varies with the number and capacity of the indoor units to be connected, the outdoor unit selected, the length and complexity of the pipe routing, the control scenario and the scope of the installation. Two office floors of the same size can be solved with different systems, because the number of zones and the usage profile differ. That is why we give pricing only as an individual quotation, over WhatsApp. In the same way, we make no savings promises expressed as percentages; a realistic assessment can only be made against the load profile and operating hours of your own building. We listed the questions worth asking from the beginning at office and hotel scale in VRF design for offices and hotels.

VRF does not have to define the whole climate control requirement of a building on its own. In projects where a water-based set-up is preferred, or where a particular section is to be handled separately, aroVAIR pro and plus fan coil units step in, in wall, cassette, ducted, console and slim console types. In buildings where heating and domestic hot water have to be handled separately, aroTHERM heat pump solutions come into the picture. Because we work with a single brand, you can discuss which of these components belongs where with one point of contact.

Here is how to proceed. Send the type of building, the province, the total floor area and the number of floors and zones to +90 551 795 3450 over WhatsApp, and we will assess together whether VRF is the right solution. Wherever the project is, we will plan a survey and take on equipment selection, installation and commissioning; if you prefer to use your own contractor, we will be alongside you in equipment selection and supply the product. A reminder here too that we do not offer standalone maintenance, servicing or breakdown repair. For any remaining questions, have a look at the FAQ and blog pages, drop by our showroom at Çamlık Mah. İkbal Cad. Uğurlu Sk. No:35/A, 34774 Ümraniye/Istanbul, or write to us on the numbers on the contact page.
