Heat Pumps: Vaillant Sales and Professional Installation Across Türkiye
As an authorised Vaillant dealer, EFE YAPI VAİLLANT sells, supplies, professionally installs and commissions heat pumps in every province of Türkiye. Our showroom is in Ümraniye; our survey and installation teams work without provincial limits.
A heat pump does not create heat from scratch; it collects the heat already present in the outside air and transfers it to your home's heating water. That is why it can deliver more heat than the electricity it consumes. At EFE YAPI VAİLLANT we sell, supply, professionally install and commission Vaillant heat pumps anywhere in Türkiye: we source the unit from our showroom in Ümraniye, ship it to your province and complete the installation and commissioning on site with our own team. We state that scope at the top of the page, because with a heat pump the quality of the installation matters as much as the choice of equipment.
The process works the same way whatever province you are in: you describe what you need on WhatsApp or by phone, we decide together on the right model and capacity, and we supply the unit; we then plan the survey and installation with our team. We look at your winter conditions, your pipework and the spot you have in mind for the outdoor unit. You can review the whole range on the heat pump products page, or go to our heat pump solutions page.
We do not publish prices on this site. The cost of a heat pump project depends on the capacity you choose, whether you go monobloc or split, the hot water cylinder, the control unit and the scope of the installation. That is why we give pricing only as an individual quote over WhatsApp. We should also be clear that we do not offer routine maintenance, servicing or repair work; what we do is sales, product supply and installation across Türkiye.

Why a Vaillant heat pump for Türkiye (nationwide)?
Sales, supply and installation in one place, across Türkiye
We ship the equipment to any province in Türkiye and carry out the survey and professional installation on site with our own team. That keeps equipment selection, installation quality and commissioning under a single point of contact — we are on site at the start of the job and at the end of it. If you prefer, you can also plan the installation with a team of your own choosing.
Model selection based on your climate zone
A mild home on the Mediterranean or Aegean coast does not want the same unit as a house facing hard winters in Central or Eastern Anatolia. As the design outdoor temperature falls, the capacity required grows, and backup electric heating and frost protection become more critical. We base our model recommendation on the winter conditions in your province.
Flow temperature matched to your existing system
A home with underfloor heating runs at a low flow temperature and is the most efficient scenario for a heat pump. In a house with radiators, models that can deliver a high flow temperature come to the fore; aroTHERM pro reaches 70 °C and aroTHERM plus up to 75 °C. We clarify that difference first, so you can make the choice without replacing your pipework.
One brand, one point of contact
We sell Vaillant only: because the heat pump, cylinder and control unit come from the same family, you avoid compatibility problems. Since we also carry out [combi boiler installation](/hizmetler/kombi-montaji) and [air conditioning installation](/hizmetler/klima-montaji) under the same roof, we can also discuss hybrid solutions and set-ups that work alongside your existing boiler.
Our Heat Pump Families
aroTHERM pro
A monobloc heat pump using natural R290 refrigerant and rated A+++; it delivers flow temperatures up to 70 °C and comes in four capacities. This is the first model we recommend for homes that want to move to a heat pump without replacing an existing radiator system.
aroTHERM plus
A monobloc range delivering flow temperatures up to 75 °C; the catalogue lists it in 8, 12 and 15 kW capacities. Suited to homes that need high temperatures, and to detached houses and villas with a large heat loss.
aroTHERM Split plus
A split solution in 4, 6 and 8 kW capacities. Because the water circuit stays in the indoor unit, the outdoor side allows more flexible positioning; it makes sense for small and mid-sized homes with a low heat loss.
aroTHERM Split intro
A split range using R32 refrigerant, in 8, 10, 12 and 16 kW capacities, offered with options that include a backup electric heater. In regions where winters are harsh, the versions with a backup heater make the system design easier.
aroTHERM pure Split
An R32 split range in 6, 8 and 10 kW capacities, also available with a 190-litre cylinder. Practical for flats and small detached houses that want heating and domestic hot water solved in a single package.
flexoTHERM / flexoCOMPACT exclusive
A multi-source heat pump family that can run on ground, water or air, in 5, 8, 11, 15 and 19 kW capacities. Worth considering on villa projects where the plot allows a borehole or a horizontal collector and long-term efficiency is the priority.
How the Process Works
1. Enquiry and initial details
You tell us on WhatsApp or by phone which province you are in, your property type, the area to be heated and your current heating system (underfloor or radiators). Those details decide which product family we discuss.
2. Survey
Our team comes to your address in your province and assesses the home's heat loss, the pipework and the space available for the outdoor unit on site. If you prefer a remote assessment, we work from photographs, system details and measurements and send our capacity and model recommendation in writing.
3. System design and quotation
The capacity, the monobloc/split decision, the cylinder volume and the control unit are settled; your individual quote then goes out over WhatsApp. The quote shows the product, the installation and the commissioning together.
4. Installation
We handle the installation in every province of Türkiye with our own team, including outdoor unit positioning, hydraulic connections and the electrical supply. If you prefer, we ship the unit to your address ahead of installation day.
5. Commissioning and set-up
We commission the system and set the heating curve and hot water settings around your home. At handover we go through together how to manage the system from myVAILLANT Smart or sensoCOMFORT.

The short answer: as an authorised Vaillant dealer, EFE YAPI VAİLLANT sells, supplies, professionally installs and commissions heat pumps in every province of Türkiye. We source the equipment from our showroom in Ümraniye, ship it to your province and complete the survey, installation and commissioning on site with our own team. Unlike a combi boiler, a heat pump is a system tied closely to the building's heat loss, the flow temperature of the pipework and the position of the outdoor unit; the installation has to be followed on site. That is why our team works without provincial limits and is on site at the start and the end of every project. If you prefer, you can plan the installation with a team of your own; in that case we decide the right model and capacity together with you and pass the technical framework in writing to your local team.
Türkiye is not a single climate zone, and heat pump selection should reflect that. Along the Mediterranean and Aegean coast winters are mild, so air source heat pumps run comfortably for most of the season; smaller capacities and split solutions are usually enough. Marmara, and Istanbul in particular, rarely sees deep sub-zero temperatures, which likewise makes it favourable territory for air source systems. In Central Anatolia, Eastern Anatolia and high-altitude districts the picture changes: as the design outdoor temperature falls, the capacity the unit can deliver drops, so both the capacity choice and the need for a backup electric heater have to be reassessed. In those regions, ranges with backup heater options such as aroTHERM Split intro make the design easier.
The difference between monobloc and split is not independent of climate. On monobloc models the entire refrigerant circuit is sealed inside the outdoor unit; no refrigerant work is needed on site and almost no indoor space is used. In return, the heating water runs all the way out to the outdoor unit, so in provinces with hard winters frost protection and pipe insulation are an integral part of the design. On split models the water circuit stays in the indoor unit and only refrigerant lines run outside; that gives flexibility in positioning, but it calls for a team competent on the refrigerant side. aroTHERM pro and aroTHERM plus are the monobloc options, while aroTHERM Split plus, aroTHERM Split intro and aroTHERM pure Split cover the split side. For a side-by-side list, see the heat pump products page.
The second deciding factor is your home's existing pipework. A home with underfloor heating warms up at a low flow temperature and is the most efficient scenario for a heat pump. In homes with radiators, the system is expected to produce higher water temperatures. Here aroTHERM pro stands out, with natural R290 refrigerant, an A+++ energy rating and flow temperatures up to 70 °C; it comes in four capacities for anyone who wants to move to a heat pump without stripping out the radiator system. aroTHERM plus, the monobloc range that reaches 75 °C, is listed in 8, 12 and 15 kW capacities. For villa owners whose plot allows a borehole or a horizontal collector, the flexoTHERM / flexoCOMPACT exclusive family can run on ground, water or air and offers five capacities from 5 to 19 kW. We have gathered the detail on the R290 side in our aroTHERM pro review.
Let us be clear about heat pump prices: there are no figures on this page, and that is deliberate. The cost of a project depends on capacity, on the monobloc/split decision, on the uniSTOR RW cylinder volume chosen for domestic hot water (in the 200–500 L range), on whether you go for a myVAILLANT Smart or sensoCOMFORT control unit, and on the scope of the installation. Nor do we promise a payback period in years. The logic of the calculation is simple: from the investment cost you work out the annual difference between what heating with your current fuel costs you and what the heat pump consumes in electricity. That difference is set by your own bills, your own electricity tariff and your home's real heat loss, so a sound answer only comes from a calculation done for you. We set out the method step by step in our article on heat pump costs and savings.
On the installation side, the same physical conditions apply whichever province you are in. The outdoor unit needs a spot with unobstructed airflow and service access: a garden, a terrace or a sufficiently large balcony. In flats, noise for the neighbours and permission from the building management should be discussed at the very start; in detached houses and villas, positioning is usually easier. On the electrical side a three-phase supply may come into play depending on capacity, so it is worth checking your existing connection from the outset. Adequate water volume in the system, correct circulation and proper hydraulic balancing also feed straight into efficiency. For a checklist of these points see heat pump installation requirements; for the fundamentals, our guide to what a heat pump is is a good starting point.
To sum up how to proceed. In every province of Türkiye we run the whole process from survey to commissioning; the scope is set out on our heat pump solutions page, with local detail on the Istanbul, Ümraniye and Ataşehir pages. If you prefer, you can plan the installation with your own team and buy the unit from us. In both cases pricing comes as an individual quote, and we should remind you that we do not offer standalone maintenance, servicing or repairs. We have tried to answer what people ask before buying a heat pump on our FAQ and blog pages; for anything left over, drop into our showroom at Çamlık Mah. İkbal Cad. Uğurlu Sk. No:35/A, Ümraniye, or write to the number on our contact page.
